All tournaments coordinated by Medford Parks and Recreation (listed in bold) are 4-game guarantees for $200 per team, unless noted otherwise. Men's, Women's, and Co-ed divisions available.

Registration and Admission:
- Tournament fees are due no later than Tuesday, the week of the event, by 5:00pm. All tournament fees are non-refundable after this date/time
- Tournament schedule and brackets will be posted online and emailed out to all teams by 5:00pm Wednesday, the week of the event
- Home Team is stated on the tournament board, until bracket play when top-seeded team is counted as Home Team (unless otherwise noted).
- NO METAL CLEATS on the field turf under any circumstances.
