Fit Kids
The Fit Kids class is a fun strength and agility training class just for children. The goal is to fight childhood obesity by inspiring kids at a young age to find the love of fitness by incorporating movement, basic circuit workouts, boxing, dancing, obstacle training, rope jumping, fit games, running, etc. The workout includes a warm-up and a cool-down. Instructor - Jason Younker.
Ages: 5-10

Kids Fitness Boot Camp and Nutrition Talk
The Fit Kids class is a fun strength and agility training class just for children. The goal is to fight childhood obesity by inspiring kids at a young age to find the love of fitness by incorporating movement, basic circuit workouts, boxing, dancing, obstacle training, rope jumping, fit games, running, etc. The workout includes a warm-up and a cool-down and a 20-minute discussion about nutrition and healthy diets. Instructor - Tiazza Rose.
